- Unrollandspreadoutthemat,thenopentheinationvalve.Inatenowbyworkingtheintegrated
pumpwithonehandorfootusingitas‘valvecap’.Itwilltakeabout1to1.5minutestoinatethe
matcompletely.
- For1sttimeuseallowtheintegratedpumptoselfinateitsfoamasmuchaspossiblebyleavingit
unpackedwithopenvalvesfor24hoursinawarmenvironment.
- Inatetopersonalcomfortlevel.Themoreyouinatethemat,thewarmerandrmeritwillbe.This
isaquestionofindividualpreference.Letcomfortguideyou.
- Valvecapsaremosteasilyclosedbypressingdownwithonethumbatcaphingewhilewalking
yourotherthumbaroundtheedgeofthecap.
- Toreducethepressureinordertomakethematsofterwhilelyingonit,opentheinationvalve,
thendepresstheinneronewayapallowingairtoescape.Whendesiredrmnesshasbeen
