Explore Planet Earth™ (EPE) products are made
from the highest quality materials and carry a full
warranty to the original purchaser against defects in
components, material and workmanship for 3 years
from the date for purchase.
The 3 Year warranty excludes damages caused
by
normal wear and tear, accidents, inappropriate
use or
care and repair other than by EPE or its authorised
agents. All warranty claims should be made at the
retail outlet where purchased the product (with proof
of purchase) or direct to EPE via the website below.

Our goods come with a warranty that cannot be
excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure
and for compensation for any other foreseeable
lost or damage. You are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount
to a major failure. The benefits of this warranty are
in addition to any rights and remedies imposed by
Australian State and Federal legislation that cannot
be excluded.
