If your Exquisit Mixer isn't working, first, set the speed control to '0' and unplug it. Then, ensure the jug is correctly placed on the drive unit as instructed in 'Compose blender'. Also, check that the safety lid is correctly positioned on the blender jug, as detailed in 'Compose blender'. Next, verify the power cord is properly connected to a functioning socket by testing the socket with another device. Finally, make sure the speed control is turned up enough to start the blender.
