Keep TU well lubricated during operation.

Wipe excess grease away from the seals.
TU can be lubricated at regular vehicle
service/inspection intervals - or more
often in severe operation conditions.
Avoid the use of power grease guns.

It is important to read and follow the instructions and
safety precautions contained in this guide before using
the product.
Improper use may cause damage to the product, other
property or injury to personnel. To reduce these risks,
please read these operating instructions and the warning
texts carefully.
ExTe is not responsible for any damage to persons or
property that may occur due to the user or another
person not following the recommendations, warnings
and instructions contained in this guide. ExTe is not
responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from
the lack of good judgement by anyone.
When throwing or lifting a strap or chain lashing, take
care in case it falls back toward the operator. Ensure that
all other personnel are clear of the loading/lashing area.
Never release the strap without first stopping the air
supply as this can cause major damage to the TU.
Always wear gloves, a hard hat and eye protection
when operating the TU
Working air pressure:
Feed 65 Psi = approx. 450 kg pulling power
Feed 116 Psi = approx. 850 kg pulling power
Maximum 116 Psi for guaranteed function
Pressure protection and adjustable air regulator
valves must be fitted on the main supply line
at connection to vehicle air system.
