1.
Close the air supply valve, the air
chamber is relieved
2.
Release TU using the side lever
3. Pull out the strap and place
over load
4. Secure the strap into
anchor point catch or onto
rope rail on opposite side

Close the air supply valve, the air chamber is relieved

Turn the TU lever to decoupling/release mode
3.
Disconnect the strap

Turn the lever to operating mode
(ratchet engaged) and roll in the
free length of strap
2. Open the air supply valve
3. The strap is rolled in and the load is
secured
1. Make sure that the lever is in operating mode
and roll the strap onto the drum, securing the
end of the strap to a hook or rope rail
2.
Open the air supply valve
3. The strap is rolled in and secured.
Air supply should remain on whilst
travelling empty
Note: Optional strap guide shown
• TU automatically adjusts the
tension during transportation
• Allow TU to run in operating mode during
transportation to ensure strap is secured.
• Never release the strap without
stopping the air supply as this
can cause major damage to TU
