5. STRAP IS CUT; WELD IS MADE. The
welding clamp cuts the strap during it’s
upward movement then pushes the
upper surface of the lower strap
against the lower surface of the
hot-knife. It then pushes the hot-knife
the lower surface of the upper strap.
