The Bridge Instance tab displays the following:
3 Select an ID and click the Edit button to revise its attributes.
4 Select an ID and click the Delete button to remove from the list.
5 Select either the Add VLANs or Delete VLANs buttons to add or remove the VLANs used with this
MSTP instance.
ID
Displays the ID of the MSTP instance.
Bridge Priority
Displays the bridge priority for the associated instance.
The Bridge Priority is assigned to an individual bridge based on whether
it is selected as the root bridge. The lower the priority, the greater
likelihood the bridge becoming the root for this instance.
Bridge ID
Bridge ID Displays the bridge id of the bridge for this instance.
Designated Root
Displays the ID of the root bridge that sent the BPDU received on this
port.
Internal Root Cost
Displays the configured path cost on a link connected to this port within
the internal MSTP region.
Root Port
Root Port Displays the Port ID of the root port for this instance.
Master Port
Master Port Displays the Port ID of the master port, if any, for this
instance.
VLANs
VLANs Displays the list of VLANs included in this MSTP instance.
