The Port Instance table displays the following:

ID
Displays the instance ID.
Index
Displays the port index.
State
Displays the MSTP state for the port for that instance.
Role
Displays the MSTP state of the port.
Internal Root Cost
Displays the Internal Root Cost of a path associated with an interface.
The lower the path cost, the greater likelihood of the interface becoming
the root.
Designated Bridge
Displays the ID of the bridge that sent the best BPDU.
Designated Port
Designated Port Displays the ID of the port that is the designated port for
that instance.
Priority
Displays the port priority set for that port and instance.
AdminInternal Path
Cost
Displays the configured Admin Internal Path Cost of a port. A value of 0
indicates that the user has not configured a path cost.
OperInternal Path
Cost
Displays the Operational Path Cost of a port. This displays the default
cost if AdminInternal Path Cost is 0.
