Why is the alarm activated on my EYELA CCA-1112A?
    • N
      Nathan NavarroAug 14, 2025
The alarm may activate for several reasons: * The ambient temperature might be exceeding 35°C. If so, set the temperature lower than 35°C. * The heat load might be exceeding the cooling capability. In that case, set the heat medium within the specified range. * The air filter might be dirty, so clean the filter. * The fan in the refrigeration unit might not be working; check its status. * The voltage might be too low; check the voltage. * The refrigeration unit might be broken; try rebooting the unit after about 10 minutes.

What to do if my EYELA CCA-1112A Freezer refrigeration unit does not work?
    • A
      Alexander RodriguezAug 17, 2025
The refrigeration unit may not be working because the overload relay protective circuit is active, or the refrigeration unit alarm is activated. If the heat load is too heavy, reduce it. Alternatively, the protective timer for the refrigeration unit may be active. In this case, wait for the timer to expire and then check if the refrigeration unit works.

What to do if the EYELA CCA-1112A unit is cooled down poorly?
    • C
      Chelsea GrayAug 21, 2025
Poor cooling can occur if the ambient temperature is higher than 35°C. Set the temperature lower than 35°C. It may also happen if the heat load is too heavy; reduce it to the specified range. An obstacle near the unit preventing heat emission can also cause this. Ensure there is enough space around the unit.

First, ensure the power plug is correctly connected to the outlet. Turn off the residual current device and power switch before connecting the power plug. If the power source is not supplied, turn on the breaker on the distribution board. Check if the residual current device is on; if not, turn it on. If the residual current device is broken, stop using the product immediately and contact your local dealer or closest customer service center.

What to do if cool water does not circulate in my EYELA CCA-1112A?
    • K
      Kathryn NewtonAug 27, 2025
Check the strainer in the cool water circulation bath for dust and remove it. Also, air may be getting sucked in. Remove the drainage plug and ensure cool water flows from the drainage port, then replace the plug. Turn the circulation pump on and off 2-3 times to release any trapped air. If you have any optional attachments, ensure the stop valve is open.
