Torque all wheel bolts/ lug nuts to specifications (Model 2400) Check hydraulic hoses are leak free and hydraulic cylinders are filled with oil
Check tire pressures are correct @ 28 psi (Model 2400) Model 2400: Ensure minimum 250 lbs of ballast is in trailer weight box
Check engine fluid levels (if equipped) and hydraulic fluid in reservoir Model 1450: Do not mount on tractor weighing less than 3,000 lbs (1365 kg)

Give the Operator’s Manual to your customer Connect PTO pump to tractor’s PTO, connect safety chain (if equipped)
Inform your customer of all safety precautions, maintenance Ensure machine functions properly. (Raise/ lower hammer, slide, tilt, etc)
procedures, and demonstrate proper & safe operation of the Post Driver Start tractor or engine & run all controls so your customer understands correct
Verify correct serial number operation of the Post Driver and ensure all functions are working properly.
Attach Post Driver to your customer’s tractor, skid-steer, or vehicle Explain limited warranty and fill out registration form. Fax to the Factory
