How to improve soil penetration with Ezee-On 1225 disc?
    • C
      Courtney LynchAug 15, 2025
To improve soil penetration with your Ezee-On disc, increase the angle of the front and rear gangs. If increasing the gang angle doesn't provide the desired penetration, the disc may be too light.

What to do if the left side of my Ezee-On Farm Equipment disc cuts deeper than the right?
    • E
      Ernest GreenAug 18, 2025

Why does the rear of my Ezee-On Farm Equipment disc side draft to the right?
    • B
      Brittany VincentAug 21, 2025
If the rear of your Ezee-On disc side drafts towards the right, reduce pressure on the rear gangs by raising them with the leveling crank, ensuring the front gangs are not cutting deeper than the rear. If this doesn't solve the problem, move the hitch towards the left. If the hitch cannot be moved enough, loosen the gang clamp plates and move both front and rear gangs approximately 4" towards the right.

What causes my Ezee-On 1225 Farm Equipment disc to side draft to the left?
    • N
      Nicole FrancisAug 26, 2025
If your Ezee-On disc side drafts to the left, increase pressure on the rear gang by lowering the rear gangs with the leveling crank. If this adjustment doesn't correct the issue, move the hitch towards the right. If the hitch cannot be moved enough, loosen the gang clamp plates and move both front and rear gangs approximately 4" towards the left.

How to fix an Ezee-On 1225 Farm Equipment disc cutting too deep on the right side?
    • M
      Mr. Edward FloresAug 31, 2025
If the front outside blade on the right-hand side of your Ezee-On disc is cutting too deep, first check if the transport wheels are on the ground, gauging the discing depth. If the wheels are raised, the front end of the disc will drop, causing it to ridge on the right-hand side. Also, check the tire pressure, as lower pressure on the right-hand side can cause deeper cutting. You can also raise the front of the disc using the leveling crank. If these adjustments don't resolve the issue, place shims between the front gang beam and the left-hand side of the disc frame.

What to do if left hand gangs are leaving a furrow at outside of Ezee-On Farm Equipment disc?
    • A
      Ashley OdomSep 4, 2025
If the left-hand gangs are leaving a furrow at the outside of your Ezee-On disc, move the rear gang toward the left-hand side or increase discing speed.

How to resolve ridges left by left hand gangs on Ezee-On 1225 Farm Equipment disc?
    • W
      Whitney YoderSep 7, 2025
To resolve ridges left by the left-hand gangs on your Ezee-On disc, move the rear gang towards the right-hand side or decrease discing speed.

    • B
      Brandon MooreSep 12, 2025
To prevent your Ezee-On disc from plugging, adjust the scrapers so they are fully in contact with the blades, or reduce the angle.
