What to do if Ezy-Lift 2000 lift arms will not raise or lower?

If the lift arms of your Ezy-Lift Automobile Accessories won't raise or lower, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the unit's On/Off switch is in the “On” position. Next, check that the Remote Control assembly is correctly plugged in; try removing and re-inserting it. Also, inspect for any poor electrical connections in the Remote Control assembly, and repair or replace as needed. Verify that the vehicle battery has sufficient charge, and recharge or replace it if low. Check the fuse at the vehicle battery and replace it if blown. If none of these steps resolve the issue, the contactor may be faulty, and you should contact a factory-authorized agent for repair or replacement.
