Tools Needed: Ratchet Wrench | 1/2” Socket | 15/16” Socket | 3/4” Socket (or Combination

Wrench) | Flat head screwdriver or 1/4” Nut Driver | 1/2” Combination Wrench

Setup Instructions:

1. INSTALL FRAME ON TANK: (Make sure the “decal side” of the tank is opposite the hitch side

of the frame - See Cover Page.) This step uses the (4) 5/16” x 1/2” Flange Bolts.

3. INSTALL VALVE ASSEMBLY & TUBING: First, thread the Valve Assembly on to the Tru-

Kleen male snout on the tank, then thread the Manifold Supply Assembly into the 1/2”

Street Elbow on the Valve Assembly as shown above. (Do not over-tighten!)

4. INSTALL SHOCK CYLINDER & DRAG LINK: As shown above, fasten the shock cylinder

to the Mounting Frame with the quick connect pin shown at top left. Next, connect

other pin from shock cylinder into Drag Link and fasten opposite end of the Drag Link

to Mounting Frame using the 1/2” x 1 1/4” Bolt and 1/2” Lock Nut.

2. INSTALL ROLLER ARMS: Slide Roller Arms into both ends of the receiving tube on frame

as shown in Image 2. Install one 5/16” Nut on each of four 5/16” x 1” Bolts and loosely

install them into the welded nuts on the frame as shown in Image 3. (Do not tighten yet.)

5. INSTALL ROLLERS: Slide rollers onto receiver

pins on Arms and Drag Link as indicated

above. (Do not tighten set bolts yet.)
