Instructions for use of washing basins, made of ceramics
Dear customer,
Thank you very much for choosing one of our elegant basins made of ceramics.
Installation note:
- Keep the packaging material and small parts out of reach of children.
- Make sure that the sink base is straight and securely mounted to the wall.
Use a suitable sanitary silicone
Air bubbles, divergences of colour and imprints at the bottom side
(not visible from a distance of 90 cm) are results of the casting process, but utility and
functionality will not be affected by that. These characteristics do not constitute a reason
for any complaints.
Metal debris on the washbasin can be removed easily with a special sanitary eraser or
a scouring sponge, e.g. “Schleiffix”, together with some water.
Please try it before on an inconspicuous area.
Our warranty covers only the value of the basin, not the costs for transport, installation or dismantling.
We cannot give any warranty if the product is affected by
- improper storage
- incorrect installation
- extremely high or low temperatures
- aggressive chemicals
Please avoid contact with:
- hair dye
- soda lye
- Strong solvents such as acetone, methanol, methylene chloride, potassium permanganate,
trichlorethylene
Please note:
- To ensure completely tightness, all joints and pipes have to be sealed.
The joints between basin-covering, other cupboards and the wall should be sealed
with silicone (or any other suitable sealing material).
- Please mind the instructions of microfibre cloths. Unsuitable microfibre cloths can do severe
damage to the washbasins.
- Please refrain from washing clothes by hand in the ceramic washbasin in order to prevent colour
stains and discoloration.
Attention: Please check the product for transport damage before installation.
For damaged basins which are already assembled, or due to improper handling, we assume
no liabilities.
If the article is to be shipped, please pack it in exactly the same fashion as when you received it.
Use the original packaging with filling and padding material, otherwise we will have to charge you
with any possible shipping damage!
