Installation of shock absorber is reverse of disassembly. The only difference is that the mounting nuts
should be tightened until rubber bushings (5) expand to diameter of shock absorber washers (6).

Lift and support front of vehicle per SAFETY section.
Remove the front wheels. Remove the hardware securing the shock absorber (Ref Fig. C2).

Remove the cotter pin (10), and slacken the nut (9) till the threaded tube orifice of king pin (8) is under
protection. Tap the nut by plastic faced hammer to slacken the king pin.
