☆Charging the toothbrush
● When battery power level is low, the charging indicator light will flash 10 times, to remind
charging.
● Connect the toothbrush with USB cable to any power source to start charging with the
charging indicator light on.
● When the battery is fully charged, indicator light will turn off automatically and the
charging unit will shut off automatically to avoid overcharging.
● For the first time use or when it is not used for long time, it is normal that the indicator
does not light for initial 5 minutes.

5. Precautions
● Do not disassemble, repair, or alter the product without authorization.
● People who have severe periodontal disease or oral surgery should consult a doctor
before use.
● Toddlers, infants and people who are unable to operate should be supervised by a parent
or adult.
● Do not soak the product in water for long time.
● Do not place the toothbrush in high temperature condition or expose it to the sun.
● Do not force the bristles hard against the teeth or gums
6. After-sales service
● 1-year warranty is offered, since the day of purchase. You may contact Fairywill.
● During warranty period, for any defects arisen from materials or product process, we will
replace the parts or the whole product according to specific circumstances.
● When you apply for free repair, you must submit 507 and proof which can prove the date
of purchase (purchasing invoice) to Fairywill.
● The following conditions are not included in the warranty:
- Damages caused by improper use, for example, wrong use of power supply, plugged into
improper socket, artificial damage etc.
- Ageing and wearing-out caused by normal use.
- Problems occur due to its use for other purposes, or improper use or use of components
not supplied by Fairywill.
