we will replace the parts or the whole product depending on the situation and its
condition.
● When you apply for a warranty based repair, you must submit the toothbrush and proof
of the date of purchase (purchasing invoice) to Fairywill.
● The following conditions are not included in the warranty:
-Damages caused by improper use, for example, improper use of the power supply, plugged
into improper socket, artificial damage, etc.
- Ageing and wearing-out caused by normal use.
- Damages due to product being used for other purposes, or use of components not supplied
by Fairywill.
