What to do if the oil overflows in my Fakir GALA?

  The oil overflow in your Fakir Fryer may be due to several reasons. The oil capacity might be above the MAX level, or you may have put too much food in the cooking pot. Another possibility is that the food was wet before frying. To resolve this, ensure the oil capacity is between the MIN and MAX levels, don't fill more than half of the cooking basket with food, and make sure the food is not wet before frying.
