Why is my F&U Air Conditioner not cooling well?
    • R
      Raymond PalmerAug 4, 2025
Several factors can affect the cooling performance of your F&U air conditioner. Check if there is direct sunlight entering the room; if so, pull the curtain. Ensure that doors and windows are closed, especially if there are many people in the room or other heat sources. A dirty filter screen can also reduce cooling efficiency, so clean or replace it. Finally, make sure that neither the air inlet nor the outlet is blocked by any obstructions.

If your F&U air conditioner isn't working, first ensure it's properly connected to a socket with electricity and turned on. If the overflow indicator displays "FL", discharge the water inside. The unit should be used in an ambient temperature between 7-35 degrees Celsius (44-95 degrees Fahrenheit). Also, check if the set temperature is appropriate for the current mode: in cooling mode, the room temperature should not be lower than the set temperature, and in heating mode, the room temperature should not be higher than the set temperature. In dehumidification mode, ensure the ambient temperature is greater than 17 degrees Celsius (62 degrees Fahrenheit).
