Usage Features:

The FT-N010 respirator is intended for use in non-oil environments where particulate protection is required. Proper fitting is crucial for its effectiveness. The fitting instructions are as follows:

Hold the respirator in one hand with the nosepiece at the fingertips, allowing the headbands to hang below the hand.
Press the respirator against the face with the nosepiece on the bridge of the nose.
Place the top band high on the back of the head. Move the bottom band over the head and position it below the ears.
Using both hands, mold the nosepiece to the shape of the nose.
Perform a fit test by cupping both hands over the respirator and exhaling vigorously. If air flows around the nose, tighten the nosepiece. If air leaks around the edges, reposition the bands for better fit.
For fit-check of the face-seal: Place both hands over the respirator without disturbing its position. Since this model does not have an exhalation valve, exhale sharply. If air leaks are detected, readjust the head straps and/or position. If a satisfactory fit cannot be achieved, the user should NOT enter the contaminated area.

Limitations on Use:

Oxygen Levels: Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
IDLH Environments: Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
Concentration Limits: Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards (e.g., 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit, whichever is lower).
Specific Hazards: Not for protection against gases or vapors, oil aerosols (if using N protection class), sandblasting, paint-spray operations, or asbestos.
Unknown Contaminants: Not for use when contaminants or their concentrations are unknown.
Facial Hair: Do NOT use with beards or other facial hair that interferes with a direct contact between the face and the edge of the respirator, or any other conditions that may prevent a good face-seal.
Modification: Do NOT modify or misuse the respirator.
Allergic Reactions: Materials that come into contact with the wearer's skin could cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals.

Maintenance Features:

The FT-N010 is a disposable respirator and is not designed for cleaning or reuse. It should be discarded and replaced with a new one if:

Excessive clogging causes breathing difficulty.
The respirator becomes damaged.
The user experiences dizziness, irritation, or other distress while wearing it in a contaminated area, indicating a potential failure of the respirator or an unsuitable environment.
