Usage Features

Installation:

  • Requires a rigid, dry, and level surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Room temperature must be above 0°C.
  • Packaging materials must be removed carefully, especially transport bolts from the backside.
  • The machine must be leveled by adjusting its feet to ensure stability.
  • Water supply hose connection: Can be connected to an ordinary tap or a special tap for washing machines. For models with a hot valve, connect to a hot water tap to reduce energy consumption.
  • Drain hose placement: Can be placed into a water trough or connected to a branch drainpipe. Ensure the drain hose is fixed properly and not forced into the machine to avoid abnormal noises.

Before Each Washing:

  • Operating temperature: 0-40°C. If used below 0°C, ensure the water supply and drain hoses are not frozen.
  • Check clothing labels and use appropriate non-foaming or less-foaming detergent.
  • Empty pockets, knot long strips, zip or button clothes, put small items in a pillow slip, turn easy-pilling fabrics inside out, and separate clothes by texture.
  • Avoid washing a single piece of clothing to prevent unbalance alarms; add one or two more items.
  • Do not wash items contaminated with flammable substances like kerosene or gasoline.
  • Run an empty cycle before the first wash.
  • Do not open the door if water is visible in the drum.

Detergent Dispenser:

  • Comprises compartments for Pre-Wash detergent (I), Main Wash detergent (II), and Softener.
  • For agglomerated or ropy detergents, dilute with water before pouring to prevent blockages.

Control Panel:

  • Features a program knob, Start/Pause button, Delay button, Speed button, Temperature button, Option button, and Drum Clean button.
  • Display shows Wash Time, Delay Time, Speed, Error codes, End status, and Temperature.
  • Indicators for Child Lock, Door Lock, Pre-Wash, and Extra Rinse.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning and Care:

  • Safety: Always unplug the machine and turn off the tap before maintenance.
  • Cabinet: Clean with diluted non-abrasive neutral detergents. Wipe off any water overflow immediately. Avoid sharp objects, formic acid, alcohol, solvents, or chemical products.
  • Drum: Remove rusts from metal articles immediately using chlorine-free detergents. Do not use steel wool.
  • Door Seal and Glass: Wipe after each wash to remove lint and stains, which can cause leaks. Remove coins, buttons, and other objects from the seal.
  • Inlet Filter: Clean if water flow is reduced. Close the tap, remove the water supply hose, clean the filter, and reconnect. For the filter in the washing machine, screw off the inlet pipe, pull out the filter with pliers, clean it, and reinstall.
  • Detergent Dispenser: Press the arrow on the softener cover, lift the clip, remove the cover, wash all grooves, and restore.
  • Drain Pump Filter: Clean periodically to ensure normal operation. Be careful of hot water; allow detergent solution to cool down. Unplug the machine. Rotate the emergency drain hose 90°C, pull it out, remove the cap, drain water, then open the filter by turning counterclockwise, remove extraneous matter, and close the lower cover cap. Ensure the valve cap and drain hose are reinstalled properly to prevent leaks.

Troubleshooting:

  • Washing machine cannot startup: Door not closed properly (restart after closing, check for stuck clothes).
  • Door can't be opened: Washer's safety protection design is working (disconnect power, restart).
  • Water leakage: Connection between inlet pipe or outlet hose is not tight (check and fasten water pipes, clean outlet hose).
  • Detergent residues in the box: Detergent is dampened or agglomerated (clean and wipe the detergent box).
  • Indicator or display does not light: Disconnect the power PC board or harness has connection problem (check if power is shut down, power plug connected correctly).
  • Abnormal noise: Fixing (bolts) not removed (check if bolts removed), not installed on solid and level floor (check installation).
  • Error codes:
    • E30: Door is not closed properly (restart after closing, check for stuck clothes).
    • E10: Water injecting problem while washing (check water pressure, straighten water pipe, check if inlet valve filter is blocked).
    • E21: Overtime water draining (check if drain hose is blocked).
    • E12: Water overflow (restart the washer).
    • EXX: Others (try again, call service line).

After checking and activating the appliance, if the problem persists or other alarm codes appear, contact service.
