- Ensure the oil reservoir is secured in the correct position, with round edges opposite the connecting plate of the housing.
- Insert the control panel assembly into the slots of the connecting plate on the back of the housing.
- Lock the basket handle in place in the frying basket by pressing the bars together, sliding the handle between the slots, and inserting the ends of the bar into the bracket on the frying basket. Incorrect assembly can lead to instability and injury.

- Spread a little oil on the inside of the view window to prevent condensation.
- Place the lid onto the housing.
Operation:
- Attach the magnetic plug to the socket on the back of the control assembly, ensuring the "THIS SIDE UP" side is facing up.
- Insert the power cord plug into a wall outlet. The POWER and READY indicators will turn on.
- Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. The READY indicator will illuminate when the set temperature is reached.

- Carefully lower the frying basket into the oil reservoir.
- Immediately cover the appliance with the lid to prevent hot oil splashing.
- After frying, remove the lid.
- Lift the frying basket and hang it onto the basket hook on the rim of the oil reservoir to drain excess oil.
