• Lift the lid by the handle placing it in a vertical position (fully opened)

). Apply cooking spray or spray butter on the waffle plates .
• Using a measuring cup, pour one full cup of batter onto the Upper Waffle Plate
(ill.

).

NOTE:
- Do not overfill the Upper Waffle Plate, as any excess batter may leak out of the
appliance.
• Close the Upper Lid by the handle and lock it by pushing it downwards into the
Handle Support (ill.

). Make sure the waffle plates cannot be opened.
• Rotate the handle and waffle plates clockwise to place the Lower Lid on top
(ill.
g
). The READY Indicator Light will turn off and the unit starts baking waffle.
