This document describes a portable nebulizer with mesh technology, designed for the treatment of respiratory diseases and the prevention of respiratory tract infections. It can be used for conditions such as colds, fever, bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, pulmonary mycosis, and cardiopulmonary disease. The device transforms inhalation preparations into micro-droplets of liquid through the oscillation of a piezoelectric crystal, allowing active substances to penetrate deep into the airways for targeted treatment. The nebulization speed is calibrated for maximum effectiveness for both adults and children.
Function Description:
The nebulizer is a medical device intended for human use. It operates by nebulizing a medicinal product for 10-20 minutes per cycle, dispensing 2-4 ml of medication. The specific type and dose of medication should be determined by a medical practitioner. The device is equipped with a liquid level sensor that automatically stops operation when the medicinal product reservoir is empty.

- Power supply: Dual power supply via two replaceable AA alkaline batteries (not provided) or a USB cable (provided) connected to a power supply unit (not provided). The power supply unit must have an input voltage of AC 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz, and an output voltage of DC 3-5V, 1-2A. Batteries and USB cable should not be used simultaneously.
- Safety classification: Type BF (protection against direct and indirect contacts).
- Ingress Protection (IP) rating: IP22 (first digit indicates protection against solid foreign bodies from 0 to 6, second digit indicates protection against liquid penetration from 0 to 8).
Usage Features:
- Portability: The device is easy to transport.
- High-efficiency nebulization: Ensures effective delivery of medication.
- Silent operation: Noise levels are below 23 dB during nebulization.
- Finely nebulized particles: Facilitates deep penetration into the airways.
- Accessories: Includes a child mask, an adult mask, a mouthpiece, and elastic straps for the masks. A carry case is also provided for storage and transport.
- Preparation:
- Battery use: Open the battery compartment, insert two AA alkaline batteries respecting polarity, and close the compartment.
- USB cable use: Remove batteries, connect the USB cable to the device and to a power supply unit (not provided). Ensure the power supply unit meets IEC 60601-1 electrical safety standards.
- Assembly: Attach the medicinal product reservoir to the main unit until a "click" is heard.
- Filling the reservoir: Open the clasp of the lid on the medicinal product reservoir, pour medication (between 0.5 ml and 8 ml) into the reservoir, and close the lid securely. Avoid shaking or turning the nebulizer upside-down to prevent spillage.
- Fitting accessories: Connect the desired accessory (mouthpiece, child mask, or adult mask). For mouthpiece use, place lips tightly around it. For mask use, position it over the nose and mouth without covering the eyes.
- Operation: Press the START/STOP button. A blue indicator light and the release of nebulized substance indicate correct operation.
- Inhalation technique: Remain calm, relaxed, and seated during treatment. Breathe slowly and deeply for effective particle distribution. When using the mouthpiece, place the flat end in the mouth with slightly closed lips. When using a mask, hold it close to the face to cover the nose and mouth. For nasal cavity treatment, breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. For throat treatment, breathe in through the mouth and out through the nose.
- Important usage notes:
- Before first use, pour sterile saline solution or deionized water into the reservoir and press START/STOP to check functionality.
- Do not direct liquid towards the tongue.
- Do not swallow the liquid; ensure it reaches the intended area.
- Breathe regularly to avoid obstructions. A flashing red indicator light signals obstruction and automatic shutdown.
- The nebulizer will not operate if the medicinal product vessel is empty. Tilt the main unit slightly to wet the vibrating mesh.
- Protect the device from blows to prevent plate breakage.
- A slowly flashing red low power indicator light means the power supply is low; replace batteries or connect to a power supply unit.
- Do not shake the device violently during use, as it will switch off automatically.
- Avoid using hard water to prevent damage.
- After treatment: Switch off the appliance using the ON/OFF button. Dispose of any residual medication. A small amount of product may remain in the reservoir due to technical reasons and should be discarded. If using a portable battery charger, unplug it from the mains socket after use. Ensure no batteries are in the device when using external power.
Maintenance Features:
- Dismantling: Remove the mouthpiece or mask. Press the PUSH button on the rear of the main unit while holding the medicinal product vessel to slide it forward and remove it. Open the lid, discard residue, clean the device, and allow parts to air dry. Store in a clean, well-aired, dry place.
- Battery replacement: Open the battery compartment, remove exhausted batteries (dispose of according to local regulations), insert new batteries of the same type and service life, respecting polarity, and close the compartment.
- General maintenance: Ensure the device is switched off after use. After each use, discard leftover medication and remove accessories for thorough cleaning. Dry all components immediately after washing. Do not store the main unit, medicinal product vessel, or other accessories when wet or damp.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the medicinal product reservoir: Open the vessel, discard residue, pour a small amount of warm distilled water (30-60°C) into the vessel, and close the lid. Press START/STOP for 5 seconds to activate cleaning mode (blue, yellow, and red indicator lights will be on). Run the device for 1-2 minutes to nebulize distilled water and eliminate residual medication. Rinse the vessel and lid with distilled water, remove excess water with a soft cloth, or air dry. Immerse the vessel in 75% rubbing alcohol for at least 3 minutes, then remove and air dry before storing. Use medical gauze and cotton buds for cleaning. Do not rub with paper or other cloths, use sharp objects, or touch the mesh. Do not use household bleach or aggressive substances; only the specified solution is allowed.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the main unit: Gently clean with 75% rubbing alcohol and remove excess with a soft, clean cloth. Clean the electrodes connecting the main unit and the medicinal product vessel using the same procedure. Do not clean the main unit with volatile liquids (e.g., petrol, diluents), rinse it, or immerse it in any liquid.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the mouthpiece and masks: Remove the mouthpiece or mask. Rinse with pure de-mineralized water (≤50°C) for 2-3 minutes. Dry with medical gauze. Disinfect by immersing in 75% rubbing alcohol for at least 3 minutes, then air dry. Store the appliance in the provided carry case when not in use.
