Optional Configuration
Configuring motion recording:
In the camera’s settings select ‘alarm management and notification’
Toggle ‘alarm recording to SD card’ to ON
Configuring motion alerts:
In the camera’s settings select ‘alarm management and notification’
Toggle ‘motion detection alarm’ to ON
Adjust the motion detection area and sensitivity as required. We
recommend selecting a small motion detection area in the centre of the
frame where there is no vegetation
Connection Troubleshooting (Please refer to our troubleshooting section on
our website for further support)
My camera shows offline:
1. Ensure you have successfully activated your Giffgaff sim card. Put the sim
card into a phone and test to see if you can browse the web
2. Reboot the camera
3. Try using adding the camera to a different device
