Difference between the
adjusted and real spread
amounts or deviations
occur
Take care to prepare a uniform seed bed to avoid deviation
in the spread amounts since the high vibration will cause
deviations in the number of wheel rounds.
Incorrect throttle/slide
cover adjustment
Adjust the throttle and slide cover according to the seed
size.
Incorrect transmission oil
selection
The viscosity of the transmission oil no. 140 changes to
adversely affect the function of the cams inside the
transmission at low temperatures. Thus, oils such as
80W90 (W: Winter) suitable for winter conditions when the
temperature is low must be preferred.
Incorrect hopper gear
adjustment
Adjust the gear position according to the type of seed to be
planted.
Make the calibration in accordance with the instructions
set out in the user manual and exercise due care. Use
correct coefficient during calibration.
Ensure that the scale you are using measures
correctly and that you place the scale on a smooth
surface and determine the tare before scaling.

Seed remains uncovered
in tractor wheel tracks
Settle the seed bed by means of a roller.
Increase the seeding depth.
The box cover is
opened due to vibration
The lock tension spring is loose
Switch the lock tension spring to the next slot on the scale.
The automatic cover

Too much/little

Markers are not properly
adjusted
Ensure that a distance equals to the drill’s working width
exists between the marker discs and the drill’s center.

Different position adjustment
between the slide covers
Check whether all the slide covers are in the same position
and aligned.
