filtered.
2.
Clean the lubricators spread on the surfaces of the parts
that do not operate with lubricators with a clean cloth or
cotton cloth.
3.
Pump lubricator to the greasers that need to be lubricated.
4.
Lubricate the chains with light machine oil.
5.
Remove the foreign matter on the grain drill (mud,
straw, plant residue, dust, debris, soil, etc.).
6.
Wash away the dust and debris accumulated on the
clutches by using pressurized water and then lubricate
them.
D.2.3.
Activities to Be Implemented At the End of Each Seeding
Season
1.
Check the oil levels of the seed and fertilizer
transmissions. Complete the deficient amount.
2.
Complete the deficiency with 80 W 90 transmission oil if the
oil level is under the level of sight glass.
3.
Check whether leak exists in hydraulic hoses, junction
points and hydraulic pistons by engaging the drill to tractor
and deliver oil to the system. Repair the relevant points in
case of oil leak.
4.
Check whether the moving parts and the parts operating
with bearing move freely.
5.
Pump grease to greasers until they overflow.
6.
Check the tension of the motion transmission chains.
Tighten the loose tensors and chains.
7.
Visually and manually check whether there is ruptured,
loose, worn bolt, nut, spring, pin, etc. Replace the broken
or cracked parts.
8.
Check the motion wheel tire air pressure and tire surface.
The tire pressure must be (52 PSI).
9.
Remove the foreign matter on the grain drill (mud,
straw, plant residue, dust, debris, soil, etc.). If possible,
wash the drill firstly with compressed water, then with
diesel and then lubricate it.
10.
Take your drill on a wedge to avoid structural
distortions of the tires due to being under load throughout
the year.
11.
Store your machine in a dry place away from the direct
sunlight.
