Technical data
WARNING!
• The hydraulic lifting device is for lifting only. The load should be supported by stands with appropriate
nominal carrying capacity under the vehicle prior to commencement of inspection or work.
• Do not overload the jack. Its lifting capacity is 2.5 tons.
• Overload may cause damage and / or malfunction of the jack, resulting in personal injury or property
damage.
• This lift is designed for use on flat and hard surfaces. Its use on other than hard surfaces can cause
lift instability and possible loss of cargo.
WARNING! Do not use the device for its intended purpose.
I OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the front part of the handle to the larger part with the supplied pin.
2. The lift exits the factory with the vent cap closed at the top of the oil chamber to prevent spillage of
oil. The oil chamber contains the right amount of oil. Before using the cap for the first time, unscrew
the vent cap to get a 1/16 "slot. If the oil is obviously spilled or when the vent plug is open. Check the
oil level before pumping. See instructions III 1-a.
3. With the drain valve open, leverage approximately 6 full movements to ensure complete oil
distribution.
4. Close the drain valve. The lift is ready for operation.
5. Always load the load on the lifting support.
Unloaded loads or lifting of the load when the jack is not on a level ground can damage the jack.
II GENERAL DAILY FOR THE LIFT
1. If the jack is not used, the lifting arm and the lever must be in the lower position. In this way, the
precision machined surfaces of the stem and the piston will be protected from corrosion.
2. The tank is filled with hydraulic oil lift.
3. Keep the lifter clean. In addition, the jack and moving external parts, such as the lifting arm
sprocket, wheel bearings and bolt slider, must always be well greased.
III DETECTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING
1. If the lift does not hover or lift the load:
