Cooking on the Zones
1.Select a high setting for heating up /
browning.
2.As soon a steam starts to form or the
oil is hot, turn back to the heat setting
necessary for further cooking.
3.To stop cooking, turn back to the zero
position.
2 Switch off the cooking zone approx. 5-10
minutes before the end of the cooking to
save energy by making use of the residu-
al heat
