4.2. Step B
• Prepare a weight (between 8 Kg and 25 Kg) that can
be safely attached to the pedal by means of a metal
hook and a chain/cord of appropriate length.
• Try to attach the weight to the centre of the pedal
(where the supporting metal plate of the cleat is)
and verify that neither the weight nor the chain
come into contact with other parts. Remove the
weight after the verication.
• Measure the weight/chain/hook combination with a
precision scale with at least 0.5% accuracy.

4.3. Step C
• The procedure is guided by the Assioma app. Start
the app (1.2.0 or later) on your smartphone,
connect your Assioma, select “Settings”, and start
the procedure by tapping on “Static Weight Test”.
4.4. Step D
• Read the warnings and press “NEXT>” in the bottom
right corner to start the procedure.
4.5. Step E
• Enter the value—in kg—of the weight/chain/hook
combination, as measured at step B. Press “NEXT >”.
