Overview

This document describes a walkie-talkie device, model T11, designed for communication over mobile radio frequencies. The set includes two walkie-talkie units.

Function Description

The walkie-talkie operates on either 8 (Europe) or 22 (US) channels, allowing for free-of-charge communication over several kilometers (up to 3 miles in open areas). It features a back-lit LCD screen for easy viewing. The device supports CTCSS (Continuous Tone Coded Squelch System) with 121 available sub-channels to minimize interference. A VOX (Voice Operated eXchange) function enables hands-free transmission, activating the radio when voice or sound is detected. The device also includes a scanning function to find active radio channels. A monitor function allows for active listening.
