Immersion is when coee grinds and water

mingle for an extended period of time. All this

mingling and ﬂoating of ﬂavors results in a

big, bold cup of coee that’ll make you want

to dive right in. Best of all, I’m an incredible

host that makes post-party clean-up a breeze.

General

Recommended ratios for brewing coffee, with variations for roast type. Practice and experimentation are key.

Measure coarse coffee grounds to the coffee line (60g) and fill with hot water (195-205°F) to the water line (840g).

Stir grounds for 30 seconds to ensure even extraction, then let steep for four minutes.

Press the plunger down to separate grounds, then pour the brewed coffee. The vacuum insulation keeps it warm.

Rinse the French press with warm soapy water. The non-stick coating facilitates easy cleaning.

Check all parts, avoid use if damaged, keep hot liquid away from children/pets, and handle with care to prevent dents.

Wash thoroughly with liquid dish soap before first use. Clean filter in dishwasher; hand wash carafe, lid, and stick.

Use only a soft sponge and liquid dish soap for hand washing. Avoid coarse brushes or harsh chemicals.
