LimitedWarranty:Fellowes,Inc.(“Fellowes”)warrantsthepartsofthemachinetobefreeof
defectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandprovidesserviceandsupportfor1yearfromthedateof
purchasebytheoriginalconsumer.Felloweswarrantsthecuttingbladesofthemachinetobefree
fromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfor3yearsfromthedateofpurchasebytheoriginal
consumer.Ifanypartisfoundtobedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,yoursoleandexclusive
remedywillberepairorreplacement,atFellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefectivepart.This
warrantydoesnotapplyincasesofabuse,mishandling,failuretocomplywithproductusage
standards,shredderoperationusinganimproperpowersupply(otherthanlistedonthelabel),or
unauthorizedrepair.Fellowesreservestherighttochargetheconsumersforanyadditionalcosts
incurredbyFellowestoprovidepartsorservicesoutsideofthecountrywheretheshredderisinitially
soldbyanauthorizedreseller.ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY,INCLUDINGTHATOFMERCHANTABILITY
ORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,ISHEREBYLIMITEDINDURATIONTOTHEAPPROPRIATE
WARRANTYPERIODSETFORTHABOVE.InnoeventshallFellowesbeliableforanyconsequential
or
incidentaldamagesattributabletothisproduct.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights.
