  If you notice oil leaks around the cylinder ram or other points on your FERREX Log Splitter: * It's possible that air is sealed in the hydraulic system. Try loosening the Venting Screw by a few rotations before operating the log splitter. * Ensure the Venting Screw is tightened before moving the log splitter. * Check if the oil drain bolt is tight and tighten it if necessary. * The hydraulic control valve assembly and/or seals may be worn. Contact your dealer for assistance.
