What to do if my FERREX Mixer starts but gets blocked under small load?

  If your FERREX Mixer starts but gets blocked under a small load and switches off automatically, it could be due to the extension cable being too long or having a small cross-section. Ensure the extension cable is at least 1.5 mm2 for lengths up to 25 meters. Alternatively, the socket might be too far from the main line, and the extension cable's cross-section is too small. In this case, use a cable with a cross-section of at least 2.5 mm2 for longer cables.

  If your FERREX Mixer engine doesn't start, first, check the voltage to ensure it corresponds with the electrical network voltage as specified on the type label. If the voltage is correct, the issue might be a broken cable, which requires inspection and replacement by a professional electrician.
