2. KEY FUNCTIONS
The Smart new digital thermostat is now able to control the temperature set up by ON-OFF modality and to
read the relative humidity value RH% thanks to the available sensors T/H.
When the machine is switched on it will appear on the display the internal temperature of the unit, pushing on
the key
it will be possible to adjust the temperature and read the relative humidity.
By pushing one of the two SET keys
you will visualize the temperature SET Up value that could be
adjusted acting on the same keys
and confirmed just waiting a few seconds or by pressing the key
.
3. TEMPERATURE SENSOR CALIBRATION
Please remember there must be correspondence between the temperature SET UP value and the thermometer
reading, if these values are not perfectly aligned you must proceed to a calibration as shown on the following
next steps:
Keeping the key
pressed for more than 5 seconds it will appear “ttt” on the display, press then once more
the key
and align the °C degrees & decimals to the reading of the thermometer by acting on the keys
, to finally confirm the settled value press 3 times the key
and the display will show again the real
internal temperature reading.
IMPORTANT: After calibration of the digital temperature leave the incubator works for at least 15-20 minutes
in order to stabilize it.
Pay attention: the humidity sensor is properly calibrated by the factory, please do not modify!!!

N.B. In case of any fault or disconnection of humidity probe on the display it will promptly appear HEr.
IMPORTANT: if all the attempts of setting instrument result useless, do not remove it from its place absolu-
tely to effect improper and not authorized operations; contact the builder about the possible reparations or
substitutions.
In order to guarantee to the eggs a constant and homogenous air flux, it is suggested to interchange the eggs
between themselves weekly.
Remember that two days before period hatcher it needs to disconnect automatic egg-turner kit by the electric
plug. When the hatching period (last 2 days) is finished, keep the chicks 1 days more in order they dry up and
then put into the electric poultry brooder or under infra-red lamp for almost 3 weeks; maintain a temperature
of 35°C for the first week.
HUMIDITY
It is important to understand that there can be no hard and fast rule for the amount of water required in an
incubator as all the following variables come into play:

Ambient humidity in the room (affected by the weather and your local environment, eg.on the edge of a lake!)
