Electrical Connection
(GB) Position unit in stand and secure unit with bolts (supplied with unit).
(F) Positionner l’unité dans le support et fixer avec les boulons. (Fournis avec l’unité).
(D) Gerät auf Ständer setzen und mit (gelieferten) Bolzen absichern.
(I) Posizionare l’unità nel supporto e fissare con i bulloni (forniti con l’unità).
(E) Posicionar la unidad en el pedestal y fijar la unidad con las tuercas (suministradas
con la unidad).
(C) 把过滤器安放到支架上并用螺栓（随同过滤器供应）锁紧。
(GB) Connect inlet of unit to extraction hole using suitable duct and adaptor (supplied
separately).
(F) Connecter l’unité à la machine en utilisant le flexible et le kit de fixation (fournis
séparément).
(D) Lufteinlaß des Geräts mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Schlauchs und Adapters
(getrennt geliefert) an Absaugöfffnung anschließen.
(I) Collegare l’apertura d’entrata dell’unità al foro d’estrazione con un condotto e
adattatore appropriato (fornito separatamente).
(E) Conectar la espiga de entrada de la unidad con el agujero de extracción mediante
conducto y adaptador apropiado (suministrado por separado).
(C) 使用合适的风管和联接器（选购件）把进风口和吸风口连好。
(GB) Fit oil return tube and position tube to drain oil back to machine enclosure, sump
or collection vessel.
(F) Monter le tube de retour d’huile et le positionner pour que l’écoulement de l’huile
se fasse dans le carter ou dans le récipient de collecte.
(D) Ölrückführschlauch montieren und so positionieren, daß Öl zurück in das
Maschinengehäuse, die Ölwanne oder ein Sammelgefäß geleitet wird.
(I) Montare il tubo di ritorno dell’olio e posizionarlo in modo che l’olio spurghi nella
cappottatura della macchina, nel carter o nel recipiente di raccolta.
(E) Colocar tubo de drenaje de aceite y posicionar de tal manera que el aceite es
drenado hacia la guarda de protección, cárter o recipiente de colección.
(C) 装上回油管，放置油管时使油流能回流到罩壳里或油箱里。
(GB) Secure stand to floor with floor bolts.
(F) Fixer le socle avec les vis appropriées.
(D) Den Ständer mit Bolzen am Boden befestigen.
(I) Fissare il supporto al pavimento con le apposite viti.
(E) Fijar el pedestal al suelo con las tuercas apropiadas.
(C) 用地脚螺钉把支架固定在地板上。
(GB) IMPORTANT! There must be no kinks or ‘U’ bends in the return tube. The end of the tube must not be submerged.
(F) IMPORTANT! Il ne doit y avoir aucun coude en U dans le tube de retour. L’extrémité du tube ne doit pas être immergée.
(D) WICHTIG! Es dürfen keine Knickstellen oder “U”-Krümmungen im Rückführschlauch vorhanden sein. Das Ende des
Schlauchs darf nicht eingetaucht sein.
(I) IMPORTANTE! Sul tubo di ritorno non devono esserci attorcigliamenti o curve a “U”. L’estremità del tubo non deve essere sommersa.
(E) ¡IMPORTANTE! No debe haber cocas ni bucles en ‘U’ en el tubo de retorno. El extremo del tubo no debe sumergirse..

(GB) General Information
A Filtermist unit is an oil mist collector that use centrifugal impaction to remove or reclaim oil mist, coolant,
fume and steam from manufacturing operations. This manual describes how to install and maintain your
Filtermist unit. Please read all instructions before commencing any installation or maintenance work. Original
instructions are in English, all other languages are translations of this.

L’unite Filtermist est un collecteur de brouillard d’huile qui utilise l’impaction centrifuge pour éliminer ou
récupérer le brouillard d’huile, le liquide de refroidissement, les fumées et la vapeur provenant des opérations
de fabrication. Ce manuel décrit comment installer et entretenir votre unité Filtermist. Veuillez lire toutes les
instructions avant de commencer les travaux d’installation ou de maintenance. Les instructions originales sont en
anglais, toutes les autres langues sont des traductions de l’originale.

wie das Filtermistgerät zu installieren und zu warten ist. Bitte lesen Sie alle Anweisungen sorgfältig vor
Montagebeginn, Inbetriebnahme oder Wartung. Die Original Anleitung ist in Englisch verfasst und alle anderen
Sprachen wurden von dieser aus übersetzt.

L’Unità Filtermist è un aspiratore che utilizza la forza centrifuga per rimuovere alla fonte nebbia oleosa, fumo e
vapore dalle macchine utensili. Questo manuale descrive come installare e manutenere correttamente l’unità
Filtermist. Si chiede di leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni riportate nel manuale prima di procedere
all’installazione o alla manutenzione del filtro. Le istruzioni originali sono in Inglese, tutte le altre sono

instalar y mantener su unidad Filtermist. Lea todas las instrucciones antes de comenzar cualquier trabajo de
instalación o mantenimiento. Las instrucciones originales están en Inglés, todos los demás idiomas son

(GB) Warning!
1. Isolation from any power supply shall either be visible (visible break in the power supply circuits) or the
isolation device is actuated to the off position and physically locked off.
2. The unit must not be operated without the case fitted.
3. At least 120 seconds must be allowed for the inner drum to stop rotating before the case is removed.
4. Oil leaks can be a hazard. The complete Filtermist system should be checked regularly for possible oil leaks.
Daily visual checks of both unit and extraction duct are recommended.
5. Contact with oils, coolants etc. can cause skin disorders. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and wear PVC, neo
prene or nitrile gloves, safety glasses and overalls when cleaning or working on the filter.
6. The unit to be used on wet applications only, e.g. Oil, emulsion, coolant.
7. The unit is not to be used on flammable, explosive, corrosive or dry applications, e.g dust, smoke, acid.
8. The unit is intended for indoor use only.
