1. L’isolement de toute source d’alimentation doit être visible (rupture visible des circuits d’alimentation) ou le
dispositif d’isolement est actionné en position d’arrêt et physiquement verrouillé.
2. L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé sans le carter.
3. Il faut attendre au moins 120 secondes pour que le tambour interne cesse de tourner avant que le carter ne
soit enlevé.
4. Les fuites d’huile peuvent constituer un danger. Le système Filtermist doit être vérifié régulièrement pour dé
tecter d’éventuelles fuites d’huile. Des contrôles visuels quotidiens de l’unité et du conduit d’extraction sont
recommandés.
5. Le contact avec des huiles, des liquides de refroidissement, etc. peut provoquer des troubles de la peau. Éviter
le contact avec la peau et les yeux et porter des gants PVC, néoprène ou nitrile, des lunettes de sécurité et des
salopettes lors du nettoyage ou du travail sur le filtre.
6. Il faut utiliser l’unité uniquement sur des applications humides, par ex. Huile, émulsion, liquide de
refroidissement.

vermieden werden. Tragen Sie PVC-, Neopren- oder Nitril-Handschuhe, Schutzbrille und Overalls beim Reini
gen oder arbeiten am Filter.

1. Scollegare l’unità dalla corrente e posizionarla sull’off.
2. L'unità non deve funzionare se sganciata e aperta. Assicurarsi di aver rimontato l’intera struttura prima di
avviare nuovamente l’unità.
3. Attendere minimo 120 secondi affinche’ la girante interna fermi la rotazione prima di sganciare e
togliere il filtro finale Hepa posto a copertura del motore.
4. La perdita di olio potrebbe causare danni. L’unità Filtermist dovrebbe essere controllata periodicamente.
Consigliamo un controllo visivo giornaliero dell’unità e del drenaggio.
5. Il contatto con olii, lubrificanti, puo’ causare danni alla pelle. Durante la manutenzione indossare sempre
guanti in PVC o neoprene e occhiali di sicurezza per evitare il contatto con pelle e occhi.
6. L’unità performa al meglio con applicazioni non a secco ad es. con olio, emulsionati, refrigeranti.
7. L’unità non deve funzionare con prodotti ad alta ifiammabilità, esplosivi, corrosivi o applicazioni a secco,
fumi, polveri, acidi.

1. Isolation from any power supply shall either be visible (visible break in the power supply circuits) or the
isolation device is actuated to the off position and physically locked off.
2. The unit must not be operated without the case fitted.
3. At least 120 seconds must be allowed for the inner drum to stop rotating before the case is removed.
4. Oil leaks can be a hazard. The complete Filtermist system should be checked regularly for possible oil leaks.
Daily visual checks of both unit and extraction duct are recommended.
5. Contact with oils, coolants etc. can cause skin disorders. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and wear PVC, neo
prene or nitrile gloves, safety glasses and overalls when cleaning or working on the filter.
6. The unit to be used on wet applications only, e.g. Oil, emulsion, coolant.
7. The unit is not to be used on flammable, explosive, corrosive or dry applications, e.g dust, smoke, acid.
8. The unit is intended for indoor use only.
