SERVICE AND GUARANTEE
At Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO), all products are rigorously tested and conform to
our stringent quality standards.
This product is specifically guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in its original materials
(including original parts and workmanship) for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Like all
other goods, it is not impervious to damage. Hence, proper care and maintenance must be observed.
In the event that you find a problem with this product, please take note of the following:
Warranty is only valid with a dated proof of purchase, and DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear,
accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper repair or alteration by unauthorized persons.
Warranty applies only to the original registered owner and DOES NOT extend to subsequent
owner/s of the product.
Warranty is only valid within the Philippines.
In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for this product. Under
no circumstances shall there be liability for any loss, direct, indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of this product.
Any warranty conditions, and instructions included in the manual may be subject to change without prior

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment
or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return
your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this
product for environmental safe recycling.

Properly secure the product in its original packaging and personally return it, together with all of its
accessories to the store where it was purchased. In case returned through a courier, the customer will
be responsible and shoulder the related expenses.
Please ensure to provide a copy of the dated receipt of purchase along with the filled-up warranty form
below. A No Receipt, No Warranty policy will be implemented.
Upon careful assessment, the product will be repaired, or replaced with a new unit if beyond repair,
free of charge.
The repaired or new unit replacement will be made available in the store where the original purchase
was made and the customer will be responsible for the pick up.
IF WITHIN
WARRANTY
Properly secure the product and return it together with all of its accessories to the FELCO Service
Center located at Zen Towers, 1111 Natividad Lopez St., Ermita, Manila. The customer will shoulder all
related shipping expenses and FELCO will not be responsible for loss or damage to the product while
in transit to the Service Center. For added peace of mind, it is recommended to avail of a courier
insurance.
Since the product is BEYOND warranty, repair and serviceable parts costs will be charged to the
customer in the event that the product can still be repaired.
