The inverter technology ensures clean power with less than 3% Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), making it safe for sensitive electronics. It features a CO Alert™ Carbon Monoxide Shutdown System, which automatically shuts down the engine if harmful levels of carbon monoxide accumulate around the generator, enhancing user safety. - Economy Control Switch: Minimizes fuel consumption and noise by allowing the engine to idle during periods of reduced electrical output. The engine speed returns to normal when an electrical load is connected.
- CO Alert™ System: Automatically shuts down the engine if carbon monoxide levels become dangerous. The indicator light blinks red for CO accumulation or yellow for a system fault.

Maintenance Features:
The manual outlines a detailed maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the generator:
- Daily (Before Operation): Check spark plug condition, adjust gap, clean; check oil level.
- Every 25 hours (Initial): Replace engine oil.
- Every 50 hours: Clean/replace air filter; check/replace fuel tank strainer; check fuel hose for cracks/damage; check exhaust system for leakage, retighten/replace gasket; clean/replace spark arrester screen.
- Every 100 hours (or annual): Clean/replace spark arrester screen.
- Every 250 hours: Check/adjust valve clearance; clean combustion chamber; check/replace fittings/fasteners.
- Engine Oil: Recommended SAE 10W-30 API SJ or higher oil. Oil level should be checked before each use or every 8 hours of operation. Overfilling can cause starting problems or engine damage.
- Air Filter: Foam air filter element should be washed with liquid detergent and water, squeezed dry, saturated with clean engine oil, and squeezed to remove excess oil.
- Spark Plug: Inspect for damage, clean with a wire brush, adjust electrode gap to 0.028 - 0.031 in. (0.7 - 0.8 mm). Replace if damaged.
- Muffler and Spark Arrester: Inspect muffler for cracks/corrosion. Clean carbon deposits from the spark arrester screen with a wire brush. Replace if damaged.
- Battery Replacement: Instructions provided for replacing the 12V lithium battery.
- Battery Charging (USB-C): The battery is automatically charged when the engine is running. For less frequent use, a trickle charger or battery maintainer is recommended. The USB-C port can also be used for charging with a 5V3A, 15W input.
- Long Term Storage: Instructions for preventing gum deposits in the fuel system, draining fuel, changing oil, and preparing the engine for storage to avoid problems. This includes using fuel stabilizer, running the engine to circulate treated fuel, or draining the fuel tank and carburetor.
