Transmission and Reception Timing
1. Transmission from Main to Sub Micro-processors
2. There is no transmission during reception from the main
micro-processor or during output of received data to ports.
3. In the event that new data is received from the main
micro-processor during output of received data to ports, the
Main new data is processed by shutting off port output for 30ms.
