INTRODUCTION:
"Linear
Drive",
a
novel
engineering
approach
to
the
difficult
task
of
rotating
a
turntable
accurately
and
without
undesirable
drift
is
featured
in
this
unit.
This
drive
employs
120
magnetic
poles
instead
of
the
usual
4
to
24.
It
achieves
a
completely
uniform
rotation
and
virtually
eliminates
wow
and
flutter
as
well
as
rumble.

Please
read
the
following
instructions
carefully.
They
were
prepared
to
assist
you
during
the
initial
set-up
and
to
ensure
ultimate
performance
of
the
turntable
at
all
times.

WARNING:

UNPACKING
THE
UNIT
1
Carefully
unpack
the
unit,
the
45
rpm
adapter
which
is
packed
separately
in
a
plastic
bag,
the
counterweight
and
cartridge
shell
which
are
packed
in
padding
and
the
rubber
mat
and
trim
ring
plate
which
are
packed
separately
in
plastic
bags.
Remove
the
three
screws
that
hold
the
turntable
platter
in
place
during
shipment.

It
is
advisable
to
retain
the
carton,
padding
and
the
turntable
platter
shipping
screws
in
case
reshipment
is
necessary.

ASSEMBLING
Place
the
rubber
mat
and
the
trim
ring
plate
onto
the
turntable
platter.
Rotate
the
cartridge
shell
ring
of
the
tone
arm
and
attach
the
cartridge
shell.
Screw
the
counterweight
onto
the
end
of
the
tone
arm
to
mount.

Unfasten
the
string
or
"twist
tab"
wire
that
secures
the
tone
arm
during
shipment.

Remove
the
stylus
cover.
