Example 3: Core-strengthening. Lift legs up at 30, 45 and 90 degrees. Hold for 5 seconds at each angle.
Example 4: Balance & Strengthening. Lift hands rst, then legs. Hold with control.
Example 5: Modied side-stretch with leg lift.
Ination Instructions
•Remove donut from box and check for shipping damage. It is normal for the donut to have slight fold marks when rst inated.
Make sure the donut is at room temperature before inating.
•Remove plug from the donut. The donut is inated by size and not pressure. The maximum measurement for the small donut,
when stood on its side, is 20”. The maximum measurement for the large donut, when stood on its side, is 26”. Using tape or a pencil,
mark this height on a door or wall so that you can measure the donut during ination.
•Using FitBALL pump or compressor, inate the donut to desired height, BUT DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM SIZE ABOVE. Replace plug
when ination is complete.
•Firmness may vary slightly. If you have difculty inating the donut to full size, leave inated for 24 hours. The next day, add more
air until the donut reaches the correct size.

Overview

  • Limited Warranty: Ball Dynamics International, LLC ("BDI") warrants the product to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the invoice date.
  • Remedy: If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, the remedy is product replacement by BDI. Shipping and return costs are at the purchaser's expense.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, failure to use/maintain according to instructions, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear. BDI is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. The warranty is limited to product replacement, and all other warranties (express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are expressly disclaimed.
