Usage Features:

  • Adjustable J-Hooks and Safety Catches: The J-Hooks (B & C) and Long Safety Catches (D & E) can be inserted into various holes on the Upright Frames (N) to accommodate different user heights and exercise requirements. The Safety Pin (14) is used to lock the safety catches in place.
  • Weight Plate Holders: The Weight Plate Holders (I) are attached to the Upright Frames (N) for convenient storage of weight plates, helping to keep the workout area organized.
  • Landmine Attachment: The Landmine Attachment (K) is designed to be inserted into the 1-inch holes on the Gusset Plate (G), allowing for rotational exercises.
  • Shafts for Resistance Bands: Two Shafts (J) are provided, which can be used to hold squat resistance bands, adding additional resistance to barbell squats (bands not included). One shaft can be inserted into the Gusset Plate (G) with the landmine attachment, and the second shaft can be inserted into any hole on the Base Beam (F).
  • Height Markings: The Upright Frames (N) have "U" shaped markings above some holes to help users identify and set the same height level across the frame for J-hooks and safety catches.
  • Safety Precautions: Emphasizes consulting a physician before use, wearing proper exercise apparel, stopping if feeling faint or dizzy, keeping children and pets away, ensuring correct assembly and tightened hardware, not operating if damaged, waiting 2 hours after eating, placing on a flat surface (mat recommended), keeping hands/feet away from moving parts, and adult supervision for children aged 12-18.

Maintenance Features:

  • Daily Maintenance: Inspect and securely tighten all nuts, bolts, rubber pads, and steel brackets. Replace worn or torn parts immediately. Keep liquids away from the console and avoid direct sunlight. Check machine leveling. Check tension and fitting on spring-loaded safety pins. Check adjustment knobs for secure tightening.
  • Weekly Maintenance: Inspect and securely tighten handlebars, seat, seat post, brake pads, and pedals. Use a damp cloth to clean dust and moisture from the equipment. Clean and wipe upholstery, rollers, track wheels, and walking belt. Check the equipment's metal/wood/upholstery structure frame.
  • Lubrication: Refer to the Owner's Manual for specific lubrication instructions.
  • Hardware Check: It is recommended to check all screws, nuts, and bolts on a weekly basis to ensure they are tight.

  • Parts: 90 days (covers, internal mechanism, tension, wheels, knobs, hardware)
  • Wearable Parts: 90 days (upholstery, foam, ball bearings, pulleys, belts, cables, shocks)
  • Exclusions: Improper installation, use beyond normal home use, vandalism, accidents, inadequate maintenance, animal damage, acts of nature, environmental conditions, staining from foreign substances, normal weathering, improper operation, alteration, handling, storage, abuse, or neglect.
  • Replacement Parts: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Replaced parts become the property of Paradigm Health & Wellness. Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of original purchase.
