system. When using the system always exercise basic safety

During the first thirty (30) days, a defective product is eligible for over-the-counter exchange at the retailer from whom it was purchased.
After thirty (30) days, the defective product should be returned to the Fizzics’ authorized service center. For the shipping address of the authorized service center, please follow
the instructions of the Warranty Return Form available at
Your product will be repaired or replaced if examination by the service center determines the product is defective. Products that are received damaged as a result of shipping will
require you to file a claim with the carrier prior to repair. A product received with missing parts or with damage due to abuse, inadequate packaging modification or some other
noncompliance with this limited warranty will be returned to un-opened.
Note: A product received which was not made by Fizzics or which is not defective as determined by our test procedures will not be repaired and will be returned to you.

Fizzics will at its option, either repair or replace a defective system without charge, upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase to be supplied by the owner of the product and a
Fizzics supplied RA number. If a replacement system is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement system may be new or a reconditioned unit. If a replacement is sent, a new
limited one year warranty will be applied to the replacement system. This warranty only applies to Fizzics systems sold in the United State and Canada. This warranty gives the owner
specific legal rights, and may also include other rights that vary from state to state, or in Canada from province to province. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitations of incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you, depending on the state or province of your purchase.

THE FIZZICS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE USE OF ANY TYPE OF BEVERAGE EXCEPT BEER AND WATER. USING OTHER BEVERAGES OR LIQUIDS
WITH THE FIZZICS SYSTEM OTHER THAN BEER OR WATER WILL VOID THE FIZZICS LIMITED WARRANTY.
What is not covered by the Fizzics Limited Warranty?
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS:

USING ANY LIQUID OR BEVERAGE THAT IS NOT BEER OR WATER.
PROPERTY DAMAGE.
INCIDENTAL COST AND EXPENSES RESUTLING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT CAUSED BY IMPROPER OR ABNORMAL USE, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT.
PROBLEMS ARISING FROM OTHER THAN DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.

To Obtain Warranty Service

Download the Warranty Return Form from

Once you receive an RA number, please ship the unit in its original packaging. Make sure to include a copy of your original, dated proof of purchase receipt
and a copy of the Warranty Return Form in your return shipment.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other expressed warranty, whether written or oral. Fizzics specifically disclaims all other warranties with respect to the Fizzics system,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Some states or provinces do not allow disclaimers of such implied warranties or limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts. So the above limitation may not apply, depending on the state or province of the original purchase.

Fizzics Waytap is optimized for carbonated beers and works well
with most ciders.
For cleaning, simply use a clean beer can or bottle, fill with warm
water and run through the system.
Allow the unit to air dry off the base after cleaning.
The stainless steel draft tube is not removable. Do not pull on it
or try to remove it.
Always keep the contents of your beer in the bottle or can when
using the system.

The Fizzics Waytap is a beer system designed to enhance the taste and texture of carbonated beers and ciders by creating a dense, creamy micro-foam. It is intended for home use and is compatible with 12-25oz cans and 12oz bottles.

Function Description:

The primary function of the Fizzics Waytap is to transform ordinary canned or bottled beer into a draft-like experience. It achieves this by utilizing a proprietary fluid and sound technology to create a uniform, dense head of micro-foam. This micro-foam is said to enhance the aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel of the beer, making it taste smoother and more refreshing. The system operates by inserting a can or bottle of beer into the base, then using a tap handle to dispense the beer. The initial pull of the handle dispenses the liquid beer, while a subsequent push of the handle generates the micro-foam to top off the glass.

Important Technical Specifications:

The device is battery-operated (batteries not included) and features a system lid that twists to remove for battery insertion. It includes a stainless steel draft tube, which is not removable. The system base incorporates an antimicrobial drip mat for hygiene. The device is BPA-free, RoHS compliant, and FDA approved, indicating adherence to certain safety and environmental standards. Usage Features:

1. Easy Setup: To use, the system lid is twisted to remove and insert batteries. The system is unlocked from its base by pressing a button.
2. Beer Insertion: A can or bottle (12-25oz cans or 12oz bottles) is inserted into the system base. The system is then tilted and lowered until the draft tube is fully inserted into the can or bottle, and the system locks into place.
3. Dispensing Beer: A glass is placed under the faucet at a 45-degree angle. The tap handle is pulled forward to dispense the beer, filling the glass approximately two-thirds full.
4. Creating Micro-Foam: To create the micro-foam, the glass is straightened and held under the faucet. The tap handle is then pushed backward for 1-2 seconds to generate the desired amount of micro-foam.
5. Compatibility: Optimized for carbonated beers and works well with most ciders.
6. Portability: The compact design suggests it can be easily moved and used in various settings, given its battery operation.

Maintenance Features:

1. Cleaning the System:
   • The system is unlocked and lifted from its base.
   • A tall glass filled with warm water is placed into the system base.
   • The system is lowered so the draft tube is inserted into the glass, and the system locks into place.
   • A separate glass is placed under the faucet.
   • The tap handle is pulled forward to run water through the system for 5 seconds.
   • The antimicrobial drip mat is removable for easy cleaning.
   • If required, the system and tube can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
2. Important Cleaning Cautions:
   • Do NOT spray water directly into the system.
   • Only fill the system with water for cleaning.
   • Do NOT place any part of the system in the dishwasher.
   • Allow the unit to air dry after cleaning, especially the base.
3. Draft Tube: The stainless steel draft tube is not removable. Users are advised not to pull on it or attempt to remove it.
4. Beer Contents: Users should always keep the contents of their beer in the bottle or can when using the system.

Limited Warranty and Safety Information:

The Fizzics Waytap comes with a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty is void if any liquid or beverage other than beer and water is used in the system. It also does not cover property damage, incidental costs, physical damage from improper use, or problems not related to material/workmanship defects. The warranty is exclusive to systems sold in the United States and Canada.
