Troubleshooting your NEO Flex
We recommend periodically ushing your Flow-Control portalter and brew head with fresh water. This
will prevent the build-up of any coee residue and ensure optimum ow. Simply follow the brewing
steps, without coee, to ush. For more thorough cleaning, remove the ow-control spout and rinse all
pieces with water, as shown below.
Detach portalter
over sink by gripping
portalter in one
hand and silicone
on brew cylinder
in other hand and
pulling apart.
Remove dispersion
screen and eject
grounds by knocking
them out against the
side of a trash can,
or dig the grounds
out with a utensil.
Remove the piston
using the dosing
cup. Place cylinder
over dosing cup and
press down on a
hard surface.
