Move the speed selector to choose one of
the 5 speed levels, according to the type of
preparaon you want.
Speed 1 and 2 - These are the speeds
indicated for the start of any preparaon.
Wrap, beat and mix liquids with other
ingredients. To wrap the egg whites with
the dough.
Speed 3 and 4 - Especially recommended
for thicker and heavier masses.
Speed 5 - Speed suitable for the preparaon
of egg whites, pasta for cakes and sauces.
TURBO - press the TURBO buon to trigger
the maximum speed. When you stop
pressing the buon, the mixer will return to
the selected speed.
Move the speed selector to posion 0 to
stop operaon.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
It is recommended to clean the appliance
regularly and remove any remaining
ingredients.
Unplug the appliance and allow it to
cool down before starng any cleaning
operaon.
Parts that have been in contact with food
should be washed immediately aer use.
Wash the scks with hot water and mild
non-abrasive detergent and then din.
Wash the bowl with hot water and mild

damp cloth with water and a few drops of
detergent and then dry it.
Do not use solvents such as bleach
