OPERATION
Before rst use
Before using the oven for the rst me,
remove the grid, the tray and the waste
tray and wash, as indicated in the “Cleaning
and maintenance” chapter. Heat the empty
oven to maximum temperature for 10
minutes. During the rst few minutes of
operaon (only on rst use), the appliance
may release some smoke and smell, which
disappears immediately aerwards.
Use
Temperature selector
To program the temperature, turn the
temperature selector according to the
desired temperature, from 90ºC to 230ºC.
Before selecng the temperature, you must
take into account the type of food you are
going to cook.
Cooking selector
You must select the most suitable cooking
posion, using the cooking selector that
controls the heang elements. Turning the
cooking selector to the rst posion turns
the cooking selecon OFF.
Use the cooking selector to set the heat
source:
• Superior resistance
• Lower resistance
• Upper and lower resistance
• Superior resistance + convecon funcon
• Upper and lower resistance + convecon
funcon
Timer
To program the cooking me, turn the mer
selector to the desired me. The mer can
be programmed up to 60 minutes. The
indicator light comes on, indicang that
cooking has started.
Aer the selected me has elapsed, the
oven will emit an audible signal, turning o
automacally.
NOTE: although you have selected the
temperature, cooking mode and cooking
duraon, you can adjust any of the
selectors during cooking if necessary. You
can even turn o the oven by turning the
me/mer selector all the way to the le
(OFF posion).
For the oven to work correctly you must
adjust the three selectors. If you have
programmed a certain me, but you have
not selected the cooking posion (selector
in the OFF posion), the oven will not work.
Interior light
The interior light helps to check the cooking
status.
The interior light turns on when the mer
is programmed and turns o aer the
selected me has elapsed.
Posioning rails
You can adjust the tray and the grid to three
dierent posions (heights), depending
on the dishes you want to cook, using the
posioning rails.
Waste tray
Always use the oven with the waste tray.
The waste tray prevents the oven from
geng dirty.
