Why does my Flama 4840FL Grill turn off on its own?

The Flama Grill may turn off automatically because the selected temperature has been reached, and the thermostat switches off. When the temperature drops, the thermostat will turn back on automatically. If you want the grill to maintain a higher temperature, slide the temperature control to a higher heating position.
