Usage Features:
Unpacking & Assembly:
- Remove protections and save battery keys.
- Unfold the bike (refer to section 14).
- Insert the handlebar assembly (refer to section 2).
- Place the seat post on the frame.
- Check box contents: Flebi Supra 3.0 bicycle with integrated battery and security keys, battery charger, rear light with battery.
Start Up:
- Handlebar Adjustment:
- Adjust height by opening the telescopic closure, positioning the seatpost (without exceeding the safety mark), and tightening the clasp firmly.
- Correct deviations in direction by opening the lock, turning the handlebar left or right for alignment, and retightening.
- Saddle Adjustment:
- Adjust saddle height to fit.
- Tighten the thread to adjust hardness.
- Ensure the seatpost is not loose.
- Modify the saddle angle using a number 13 wrench and tighten it well.
- Disc Brake Adjustment (Tektro):
- Loosen mounting bolts to allow caliper movement.
- Act on the pad regulator on the inside.
- Press the brake to take up cable slack and compress the caliper on the disc for alignment, without releasing the brake cable.
- Nexus 3 / 7 Gear Changes:
- Gears are integrated into the rear wheel hub, allowing shifting while stationary without chain slipping.
- Use grip mode to change gears.
- Tyre Inflation:
- Supra ECO tires require 3.5 bar pressure. Use an inflator with a pressure gauge.
- Tires can be inflated in the semi-folded position without needing to support the bike.
- Chain Placement:
- To return the chain to its natural position, place it on the pinion and ensure the crowns are correctly positioned on the pulley as shown in the explanatory video.
- Verify the chain does not come out when in the folding position.
Electrical Operation:
- Battery Removal and Insertion:
- To remove, open the security lock with a key and pull the ring.
- To insert, slide it into the frame, fold the ring, and lock with the key.
- Recharging the Battery:
- Can be recharged both inside the frame (uncovering the triangular cover to access the connector) and outside.
- Plug the charger into the mains and connect to the battery.
- LED light on the charger is red while charging and turns green when fully charged (approx. 3 hours).
- C300U Display Operation:
- Activated by pressing the power button M.
- Displays speed, engine load, battery, and 6 assistance levels.
- For electric assistance, pedal and the motor will assist based on the selected assistance level (use +/- buttons).
- Throttle Operation (Optional):
- Makes the motor work without pedaling (unlike PAS).
- To activate, turn on the display and set assistance level to 0.
- Press the "-" button to remove any assistance level.
- The throttle then becomes operational by pressing the trigger.
- Caution: This mode of operation is not compatible with European standard EN15194 regulating electric bicycles. Installation is under user responsibility.
Folding & Unfolding:
- Unfolding the Bike:
- Place the seat post inside the frame.
- Unfold the frame, tighten the front closure, and place the safety (refer to section 17).
- Raise the handlebar stem, close the folding lever, and insert the safety.
- Tilt the rear part of the frame until it returns to its natural position; it locks automatically.
- Unfold the pedals (refer to section 18).
- Folding the Bike:
- Release the swingarm by pressing the lever next to the yellow elastometer (refer to section 16).
- Remove the safety and release the front folding lever to open the frame (refer to section 17) and fold the pedals (refer to section 18).
- Reduce the handlebar's potential by removing the safety first and ensuring cables are not tense.
- Extract the seat post and place it between the frame parts.
- Swingarm Operation:
- Press the folding lever on the back to semi-fold and reduce length for rolling.
- Return to position to unfold; the system locks automatically.
- Opening/Closing the Frame:
- Remove safety to open, insert safety to close.
- Release the fold-out lever to open, press inward to close.
- Folding/Unfolding the Pedals (Wellgo):
- Press the control outwards and bend the pedal inwards (folded) or outwards (unfolded) until a "clic" is felt.
- Handlebar Folding Mechanism:
- Ensure cables are not too tight.
- Remove the lever lock and open it by pressing outwards to lower the handlebar.
- Quick Easy-Folding:
- Faster alternative (2 steps instead of 3) that reduces folded width while sacrificing length.
- Procedure is similar to section 16, but without folding the frame at the joint. Only semi-fold and lower the handlebar.
- Drag on the Training Wheels:
- The bike can be dragged in a semi-folded position or a trolley-type position using the training wheels.
Maintenance Features:
- Brakes are factory-adjusted; only adjust if they loosen with use.
- Regularly check tire pressure (3.5 bar).
- Ensure chain is correctly placed after folding/unfolding.
- Keep battery keys safe.
